Dr. Hank Garza was a military scientist who developed a serum. He tested on himself and got superpowers, but his face was badly scarred. He now wears a mask to hide it, and as Psycho, is a member of the Prevengers, a team of superheroes who battle different apocalyptic threats throughout history, using time travel. He can read people's minds and also send out powerful psychic blasts from his body.
