Gwen Stacy was the daughter of police captain George Stacy. As a teenager, she attended Midtown High where she was bitten by a radioactive spider, gaining spider powers. She became Spider-Girl.
She defeated Kraven the Hunter.
Doctor Octopus[]
During a fight with Doctor Octopus, Spider-Girl had to stop a train from crashing.
Venom[]
Elsa Brock held a grudge against Spider-Girl when she failed to save her kids. Brock would later become Venom.
Champions[]
Gwen ended up on Earth-616X where she joined the Champions with Ironheart, the Scarlet Spider, Kamala Khan, Nova, Viv Vision and Amadeus Cho. The group quickly fell apart when Ironheart and Amadeus' recklessness resulted in the deaths of Lady Octopus and several civilians.
Born Again[]
Gwen was dumped by Miles.
Returning to Earth-65X, Gwen discovered that her identity as Spider-Girl has been publicly revealed. Her father was accused of covering up her vigilantism and arrested.
Gwen was captured by police and arrested, though an exceptional legal defence by Matt Murdock saved her from a prison sentence.
