Ghost-Spider is a Disney+ original miniseries based off of the comics and character(s) of the same name and the third entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - MAX Phase 3.
Synopsis[]
Miles Morales, Earth-774's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, is missing. In the vacuum left behind both by his presence and the arrest of Wilson Fisk, a new threat has filled the void: Matt Murdock, Fisk's lawyer and a former agent of the Hand, whose ambitions outgrew both. After suffering a personal tragedy of her own, rock drummer Gwen Stacy has no choice but to don the suit as Spider-Woman to stop the new Kingpin and discover the whereabouts of Spider-Man while she's at it.

Wilson Fisk's former lawyer and fixer, he has since betrayed his boss and taken over his operation. Brilliant with a sadistic streak a mile wide, Murdock delights in tormenting Gwen at every opportunity. Lead singer of the Mary Janes, Gwen's best friend and Peter's girlfriend. One of the few people who knows of Gwen's identity, and the role Oscorp and Murdock played in their misfortunes. - Forrest Wheeler as Ganke Lee

Peter's aunt, and a scientist at Oscorp. She has been helping and supplying Miles with much of his Spider-gear, and finds herself doing the same for Gwen.
