Quote1We are VenomQuote2
Eddie Brock, aka Venom

Early Life[]

Born to a normal family, Eddie lived a normal life through college. He moved to Manhattan and got a job at the Daily Bugle.

Spider-Man[]

Around the time Spider-Man began appearing, Eddie was assigned jobs. Once he got out of the intern phase, though, Spider-Man was sporting a black suit. Eddie then decided to pursue pictures of the web-swinger. But when Peter Parker beat him on good pictures every time, Eddie lost his job and his relationship with his girlfriend was put to the test. Eddie couldn't handle the strain and went to a church to shoot himself. At that same church, however, Spider-Man, aka Peter Parker, found the dark secret of the symbiote that was his suit revolting, and used the sonic vibrations of the iron bell to drive the symbiote off. The symbiote fell and attached to Eddie. Eddie became Venom.

Venom[]

As Venom, Eddie found a median between him and the symbiote, learning to control it. Since Eddie blamed Peter Parker for his downfall, he began tormenting him, almost killing his wife Mary Jane. Spider-Man put a stop to Venom and locked him up in Ryker's Island, but a massive electrical surge in the city let all of the inmates loose.

Sinister Six[]

With the Sinister Six, Venom found new purpose. Since they all hated Spider-Man, it was sensible. Eddie discovered that Spider-Man was Parker but kept to himself. But after a major defeat of the Six, Eddie left villainy behind and briefly separated from Venom.

In this relaxation, Venom had an offspring known as Carnage. But without it's host, Venom was dying. So it made its way back to Eddie, and he bonded with it again. Fighting the Hobgoblin was his first mission as a newly formed anti-hero. When Hobgoblin released a symbiote specific antivirus that triggered white blood cells, it turned Venom into Anti-Venom. As Anti-Venom, Eddie could heal others, stimulate growth and production, and was more agile. Eventually, Anti-Venom formed it's own being and separated as its own symbiote from Venom, looking for a host.

Maximum Carnage[]

After Venom was returned to normal, Carnage, the offspring, infected tons of heroes and villains. Venom teamed up with the remaining heroes and villains left separated to separate Carnage and imprison him.

Absolute Carnage[]

Carnage escaped and increased indefinitely in power. It took a whole roster of heroes and villains to take him down. In the end, Venom had to destroy its offspring. Fortunately, Venom had more offspring, including Toxin and Scream, all less murderous than Carnage.

Bleeding Venom[]

When Venom absorbs cosmic energies from a meteor, he becomes Ultra-Venom, with new powers similar to Power Cosmic. But the new spikes in power cause multiple Venom symbiotes across the multiverse to warp into the 4345 universe. And all of them are not anti-heroes like this Venom, instead they are murderous and bloodthirsty. Venom utilizes his powers and the help of other heroes to take down the Venoms and send them back to their separate universes.
