Riley Desalvo also known as Rapport is a Inhuman Mutant hybrid who is now a member of the Inhuman S.H.I.E.L.D opts team The Runaways to help Inhumans go in the underground, control others' powers, and stop Toxic Doxie plans to manipulate new Inhumans. He was the one Toxic Doxie had in her grasp before he was saved by the Runaways.

History
Early Life
Riley Desalvo was born in New Jersey to Taylor Desalvo a Teacher and Police Officer Emma Desalvo both mutants and Riley all ways felt his parents. As he grew up his parents didn't really have much time for him meaning that he could only confide in his only friends who was a Homo Magi Clare Danvers.
Discovering his Powers
One night, Riley went to attend a party on the Jersey Waterfront, only to run after his old friend Kamala Khan after she was being teased and ostracized by his ex-girlfriend Zoe Zimmer. As Riley walked after her, Jersey City was suddenly enveloped in the Terrigen Mists, which had been released by the hand of the Inhuman Black Bolt, and Riley fell unconscious from exposure.
When Riley woke up he was bombarded with the thoughts of others. Riley ran back to his parents house. Emma and Taylor were both confused at why their son was having such powers as Emma never sensed it but she did give him some courses on meditation and how to set up defenses.
Rapport is Born
A two weeks after Riley was being chased by 4 A.I.M but was saved by Skye a Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D who gained the power of Seismic Wave Manipulation. This was the first time he used his powers as he defeated the fourth A.I.M agents with a Psionic Blast. At this time he met Phil Coulson who took him to the the S.H.I.E.L.D. Globemaster, informally known as "The Bus". Phil told him everything about being a New Inhuman and how they wanted him to be the second member of the Runaway's but he tried to tell them he was just a regular guy but neither of them bought this as they saw him use his powers of one of the A.I.M agents.
They decided to have him see one of the Inhuman safe houses but one Jemma Simmons the medical officer and psychologist of the Runaways took him to one of the safe houses he turned Telepathically Invisible to her and stole the car. He all most ran over a teen who ran away from home when he found out A.I.M was chasing after new Inhumans he ran after to help him and together they defeated the agents. Riley found out his name was Dick Malvone and had the power of Wind Manipulation to create small tornadoes and created powerful blast of wind. Riley brought Dick to his parents roof penthouse in New York and Manipulated the manager to give him the key and forget he was there.
Riley told Dick what Phil told him. Dick was excited that he had powers and wanted to be a hero, then A.I.M busted in they tried to run but A.I.M managed to capture Dick well he got away and called Phil and Skye. Skye and Phil battered him for running of but he told them about Dick and using the telepathic link he formed with Dick they managed to track him down to a the new Hydra Island. They decided to get help from Cyclops's X-Men to invade Hydra Island.
During the invasion Riley and Jean were constantly flirting between the two which annoyed Past Cyclops and Hank to no end. When they found Dick he was under the control of M.O.D.O.K mind control system but was freed by his Psi-Grenade. After running into Toxic Doxie he told the others to go and free the other new Inhumans and Mutants as he dealt with Doxie. Doxie fired a energy blast at him but he dogged and he suddenly felt a surge of energy and his eyes turned black and fired a powerful brain blast that put her into a catatonic state. In his mind he saw a fire bird but then he awake from the trance but mortified about what he did to June. He ran off he sensed something in one of the rooms and went in he saw a capsule with a 20 year old naked blond girl in their as he took out a flash drive and downloaded all the data.
He opened the capsule and she attacked full force with martial arts skills he could barley hold his own as he sent a telepathic command to calm down. The girl reveled herself as Gwen Stacy which shocked him as it was nation news the Gwen Stacy was killed by the Green Goblin but then deduced she was a clone and knocked her out with a brain blast and picked her up and ran to the to the plane. where the other were and Jean asked him what's wrong he just said he didn't want to talk about it and Jean accepted it later when about to partway Jean kissed him on the lips and ran off with the other X-Men.
When they were on their way back to a safe house Gwen woke up and started to scream and yell but Riley telepathically calmed her down and explained everything and even showed her the flash drive about how she was created and exposed to the Terrigen Mists and gave her the power of Feline and was downloaded with multiple styles of combat.
At a safe house Riley said that as much as he would like to join S.H.I.E.L.D he thought he need to become his own person and he would work with S.H.I.E.L.D but not become a part of it. When Riley was about to leave Gwen in new clothes and Dick ran after and said they wanted to come with and that S.H.I.E.L.D had given them a base and when they got there they named it Haven. They decided they should have codenames, Riley chose Rapport and Dick chose Riptide well Gwen decided that she needed more time to figure out a name.

Powers
Riley is an Inhuman, and thus holds the potential to obtain superpowers when exposed to the Terrigen Mist.
Telepathy: After being exposed to the mist from the Terrigen Crystals, Riley has displayed the telepathic standards of broadcasting and receiving thoughts, mind-control, altering perceptions and memories, projection of offensive blasts of psionic energy causing mental pain or unconsciousness, astral projection, mind switching, brain engram modification, mental sedation of unconscious victims, induction of mental pain via Psionic Blast and limited psychometry.
Psychic Wave Manipulation: The ability to generate and manipulate thought waves. The user can manipulate their thought waves and utilize them either in a telepathic manner or materialize the waves into powerful energy for physical purposes; further compression of such psychic waves could become physical matter.It can create a barrier composed of compressed waves, materialized waves into appendages to manipulate objects and project mind waves into whatever is imagined'.
Heal Trauma: The ability to erase a person’s memories and to heal mental trauma by stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a person's brain.
Psionic Shield: The ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and other minds.
Telepathic Cloak: The ability to telepathically mask her presence and the use of her abilities from being detected by other mutants and psychic entities. These defenses can be extended to others around them as well. Cloaking via telepathy is not perfect and powerful telepathic mutants may notice and 'see' through this ability.
Telepathic Illusions: The ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.
Telepathic Camouflage: The ability to alter the apparent physical appearance of oneself and others by altering the perceptions of those around them. This can go so far as to make other people believe that the camouflaged people are not there (invisible). The only limit to this ability, if one exists, is only imposed by the number of people a telepath is trying to fool, not the number of people a telepath is actually camouflaging.
Astral Projection: The ability to project one's astral form from their body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane one can travel in astral form over vast distances.
Induce Pain: The ability to induce mental pain through psionic blast.
Mental Detection: The ability to sense the presence of another Inhuman within a small but as yet undefined radius of oneself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.
Mind Control: The ability to control the thoughts and actions of others.
Mind Link: The ability to develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual long after the link itself is broken.
Psionic Reflection: Riley is able to reverse the powers of other Psionics back onto themselves, once sending a tele-combustive blast back at the sender and another time using his powers to enter an illusionist's mind, despite him attempting to enter his.
Psionic Blast: He can focus his mental power into a Psionic Blast, and use them as an offensive weapon to render opponents unconscious or to erase memories. Riley can also fire them as a Psionic Beam. He has also used this power also to suggest thoughts and Empathic Actions to other people.
Psychic Liberation: Riley can also use his Psionic Blast to set others free of mental control. His most prominent use of this technique is to expel the M.O.D.A.K mind control from Dick's mind in the third chapter. He has also done this on many new Inhumans and new Mutants.
Telekinetic Teleportation: The ability to move or teleport objects or people from one location to another through the use of psionic energy.
Abilities
Skilled hand-to-hand combatant: Riley received extensive hand-to-hand combat training. This is because his parents made him take self-defense classes. Still, he is nowhere near the level of Skye and all the other S.H.I.L.E.L.D agents.
