The Human Torch
Johnny Storm was a member of the Fantastic Four until Mr. Fantastic told him that he needed to decide between his life and his "job". Hearing this, Storm furiously quit the team. Three days later, the symbiotes attacked the Baxter Building, which killed Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, along with a clone of the torch to use as a substitute. Accepting the heavy loss, Johnny married the love of his life, Crystal aboard the SHIELD Helicarrier before they both joined Toxin's resistance.
