Black Panther is a playable character in Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Doom's Reckoning.

History[]

T'Challa inherited the mantles of both Black Panther and the King of Wakanda after his father was murdered. Deciding to use his new position to jettison Wakanda to the forefront of the world, he joined the superhero team known as the Avengers as the Black Panther. He and his team would later be recruited by Nick Fury to join the Ultimate Alliance in the fight against Thanos and Doctor Doom.

After the Alliance's headquarters at the Helicarrier was destroyed, Black Panther offered up Wakanda to be used as a temporary home base. However, his home was eventually besieged by the Cabal, forcing the heroes to relocate to the Sanctum Sanctorum.

Black Panther is one of the characters available during the first level after the player switches over from beta team to gamma team, and appears on the team alongside Black Widow, Ant-Man, and Falcon.
Black Panther is voiced by James C. Mathis III, who has previously portrayed the character in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Marvel Heroes, Avengers Assemble, and Marvel vs CapCom Infinite. He shares a voice actor with Luke Cage.
Black Panther's sister, Shuri, is available as a DLC Character.
Black Panther is viable for the team bonus Double Date, so long as he is paired alongside Storm.
