Rebuilding
When the Avengers flew over to Genosha after direction from Shuri. Emma was the first to tell the Avengers that the Avengers should leave and that their wasn't any X-Men in Genosha just people who didn't want to be bothered.
Emma had argued to the Avengers that the world couldn't be made better, and tat it was a useless effort as it could never be the same without the people who had made their worlds so great anyway. Emma had nearly gotten in a physical encounter after hearing James Rogers say that the Ultron had been more important than the Legacy Virus. After this talks really went downhill and the Avengers left the X-Men own to their own devices [1]
Weeks later the X-Men had connected to worldwide broadcasts once again, reintegrating themselves into society, but from Genosha. The broadcast was about the Anniversary of the day the Avengers had managed to beat Ultron. After watching this Emma and the other older X-Men have talks about everything that had happened.
Laura believes the X-Men have a decision to make as the kids hadn't told them any lies, about what was going on down their, and that they had an obligation to help. Kitty and Hank seemed to believing this as well. Eventually the three convince Emma to think about the possiblity of moving out, before the kids made that decision for them. [2]
Eventually not too long after this meeting the Avengers had won their proceedings about Madripoor at the UN Summit. This proved Laura's point that they really had a chance to build something and because of this Emma finally, fully bought in [3] and began preparations to move from Genosha back to America. but she insisted they had a lot of work to do.
When the X-Men Blue Squad left prematurely to go and help the Avengers Emma and the others went to America to bring them back. She insisted what they had done was stupid and reckless, because the X-Men had been planning on going to go help as soon as they finalized some things anyways. Regardless there were no serious effects, and Emma told the Avengers they were ready to work together and make sure things continued to go smoothly.[4]
Emma was looking for a place for the X-Men to stay when the situation with Doom happened.[5] After going to fight Doom, Franklin eventually brought New York City back to it's former glory. After this the X-Men moved back to the Xavier Institute in Westchester.[6]
