History

Quote1 Would you look at that... I'm currently running a multimillion corporation, which I ended up saving from corruption, decline, and bankruptcy. It's really hard to believe that I used to be some ordinary cheerleader back in the day, huh? But, here I am now, and I couldn't be more proud of it... Quote2
Liz Allan

Early Years

Born in the summer of 1987, Elizabeth "Liz" Allan was raised in a stepfamily once her father got to remarry Doris Raxton, only a few years after her own mother had died from a tragic accident. Growing up into the financial wealth and endless privilege of the Raxtons, she became a cheerleader once she started studied at Midtown High as a conventional way of building up and fueling her image, subsequently paving a path for her to become the student council's vice president for several consecutive academic years, becoming one of the popular students at the academy in general. In her time there, Liz befriended Mary Jane Watson and her flirty yet "hard-to-get" behavior has gotten her to date the athlete and fellow campus celebrity Flash Thompson for a while before it ended horrendously when their sophomore years had begun.

However, Liz's laziness and initial uninterest in academics would often lead her to get failing grades on some tests to the point that she was urged by her parents to get tutored, with the introverted yet intellectually-gifted Peter Parker being recommended to help her. In preparation for an upcoming final test in their sophomore years, Peter tried his best to help but only felt dismay and discontent once she kept spending her time with Flash and some of her friends. That was until the moment a displeased Peter finally convinced Liz by reminding her to reassess her own life, who not only drove the latter into taking his tutoring seriously, but also led her to start showing interest in Peter after she showed signs of improvement to the tests by the following week. Liz attempted to flirt with Peter and even seduced him, but he refused her advances while despite admitting his admiration for her during their first years in high school, he grew to fall in love with someone else lately. The rejection devastated Liz since she truly thought of Peter as one of the only sincere and supportive people in her teenage life, but thankfully, the compassionate Peter offered to be friends after hearing her genuine side, getting to know her situation of having diagnosed with ADHD which explained her complex personality, which Mary Jane knew before. Liz warmly agreed to be helped in her friendship with Peter, and the two have been good friends since as they often met each other as they became both beloved members of Midtown High's academic decathlon team until their graduation day had arrived.

College Years

With the help of Peter, his best friend and Liz's frequent "frenemy" Harry Osborn (who unbeknownst to Allan, was also attracted to her despite their rivalry), and her long-time close friend Mary Jane throughout their years at Midtown High, Liz was granted a spot at Stanford University in California, majoring in Management Science and Engineering, due to her rapid improvement in academic performance. As she developed a more mature, independent and less careless personality, Liz held the mindset to work not living off over-relying on her family's fortune, but rather make a living off her hard work and efforts, something that surprised yet impressed her family even more, endlessly supporting Liz in whatever her dream may be and as long as she's happy and well in accomplishing it.

As for Liz, everything felt fine and dandy once she began her college life, that was until the night the the entire of their dorm building was caught in a fire, the moment an unwell Liz was suddenly engulfed in flames yet somehow miraculously survived. Liz saw her survival as a miracle at first, though the situation only worsened when Liz found out through her then boyfriend Glenn Grant that her herself was the cause, deducing that she was possibly a mutant. Fearing that her family and friends would ended up disowning or persecuting her back home once they found out her "true nature," Liz reluctantly isolated her self from her old social circle for years by avoiding any reunions with her old friends in New York until she graduated, believing she could only delay the inevitable of showing her loved ones the truth. With this revelation constantly shrouding her thoughts, Liz tried her best to hide the power which she could naturally summon, and through the lab equipment and facility of, she had to study and experiment her own powers in secret and learn how to suppress it instead of using it due to her fear of "losing control," which could endanger more lives.

Warm Reunion

While she already figured out several techniques to keep herself from flaming on, Liz tried to lessen the people in her life from time to time even after her graduation, only at the same time she happened to cross paths with an old friend from way back, Harry Osborn. It was Harry who restored Liz's trust in humanity and eventually drove her to revisit her hometown in New York and she her family once again. A week has passed, Liz was shocked after hearing the very person she had reunited to be recently involved in an incident with Spider-Man. Worrying for her old friend, Liz visited Harry at the hospital in a hurry, wherein she also reunited with her other childhood friends Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, Flash Thompson, and Kong MacFarlane During his time at the hospital, he was frequently being visited by Liz, who decided to care and support him from recovering since she barely met any family member of friend to look for in a while. Harry was grateful for Liz, whose unbeknownst to her, had reignited his feelings toward her since high school. The two rekindled their friendship to another level when Harry decided to tell Liz the truth about what happened to him, almost encouraging herself to tell him about her mutant status but it wasn't enough.

Later on during the events that led to the night Gwen Stacy tragically died at the hands of the villainous Green Goblin, Liz was overwhelmed with mixed emotions when her reunited friend Harry finally confessed to her, but Liz painfully chose to reject him, saying that she did like him, but lied that she no longer did as an attempt to protect him from her true dangerous self, causing the two to become very distant from one another for a while. The two finally met once again after suddenly meeting at a café, and decided to talk it out, but was interrupted during the attack of Ultron on New York City. During the attack, an Ultron sentry aimed at Liz and some other people at the café, but Harry manages to save her in time away from the blast, proving that he really cared about her until now.

After the incident, Liz talked to Harry once again at the same café, apologizing to him for turning him down and thanked him for saving her life, admitting that she turned him down because she still hadn't moved on from Gwen's death and was having a lot of problems (stressed out) at that time, along with her secret as a mutant in-denial (albeit she still kept that one for a while), and also realizes and confessed about her feelings for Harry as well after realizing that he really cared about her. Willing to give herself and Harry a shot, the two then finally started dating and panning into the following month, they ended up to having a wonderful time of blossoming romance, spending their time together as a happy and contented couple. During the first few days of their relationship, Liz was able to enroll at Horizon Labs as a graduate student to study there and get her masters degree on the course by the end of her academic years.

The Ultimate War

Liz reveals her mutant powers for the first time during Ultimate War to protect Harry

As months have passed, Harry took Liz to a special dinner on a weekend, as the two were a having a great conversation discussing about their past and their relationship together as friends as they are now a couple. Harry decided to finally confess his commitments to Liz, but before Harry could put out the ring, a massive explosion occurred at the restaurant. The whole place was severely damaged and half of it were destroy, killing a few civilians but Harry, Liz and other civilians managed to survive and most of them were injured. Trapped in the building, they tried to find their way out of there, until they were rescued by the Defenders. They and the rest of the surviving civilians were guided by the Defenders into the hole the leads outside the building, but as they get out they were surrounded by Hydra soldiers, who tried to shoot at the Defenders.

The superhero team defeated the terrorists, but one soldier holds a plasma cannon and tries to aim and shoot at Black Cat, but Daredevil manages to save her in time, evading her from the shot. Instead of hitting someone, the blast destroys the support, causing the whole structure of the area above them to topple and collapse, but Harry gained the courage to cover Liz from the falling structure, accidentally transforming into the Hobgoblin once again. Harry did save her but the debris of the structure knocked him out and severely injured him, reverting him back to human form. While Harry had saved his fiancée-to-be from the falling rubble, Liz among other survivors were by incoming Hydra soldiers. Feeling the urge to protect every single person around her, Liz powers' manifested as flames engulfed her body, finding out she was a closeted mutant who revealed herself for the first time. Liz was able to take down the soldiers despite lacking any experience with her powers and in the aftermath, the people were all rescued as Harry was left in coma for a week, after the Global Superhuman War had ended.

While at the hospital, Liz patiently waited beside Harry's side, when she found out that something fell out of Harry's pocket, she found the proposal ring, leaving Liz into tears. Suddenly, Harry wakes up, and hilariously asks her if she wanted to marry him but not before confession how awed he was hearing her mutants powers. Believing such conversation should be discussed for another time, Liz immediately and happily replied "yes" to Harry's proposal before embracing her beloved fiancé. A few months later, the two eventually got married in a very fancy wedding, thanks to Harry's fortune, attended by pretty much everyone they loved throughout the years, from their family to friends. Later on, Harry and Liz were and will always have the time of their lives together, falling in love all-over again, now that they're finally married as husband and wife. As the two and their friend Peter Parker, who Liz had found out was Spider-Man during the conflict, Liz was no longer fearless to who she really was which drove her to finally showing her family the truth about her nature as a mutant. Her family eventually became accepting and supportive to who she was, though some rifts had diverged when her step-brother Mark Raxton became envious of what she could do with such abilities, both felt disappointment after Liz decided not to use her powers too often yet also concern for his own sister as Liz's abilities may not be entirely safe or beneficial to her at all times, something that would be proven true later on when they, Liz included, would find out the truth about the long-term effects of her heat generating powers.

Saving Oscorp

Liz Allan as the president of Oscorp International

In the aftermath of Norman Osborn's fall short after his Dark Reign over the United States, Liz would become a successful and somewhat revolutionary contributor in the science and development industry after successively working at Horizon Labs, wherein she created and became the president of a subsidiary known as the Allan Chemical Group, dubbed Alchemax, with her son and several other people. Eventually, she merged the company with Horizon Labs and Oscorp, creating Alchemax. In collaboration with her graduate school Horizon Labs (courtesy of Liz's good friend who was Horizon's CEO & president Max Modell), public support from neighboring organizations such as Stark Industries, and the sanction of the remaining executives of Oscorp, choosing to save the corporation from the her father-in-law's past sinful inflictions and instead of leaving it either to be bankrupted and be shut down or be acquired in the hands of worse organizations, she persistently helped her indecisive and conflicted husband and suggested to take Oscorp to a new and better direction by becoming promoted as its new president once Oscorp executives finally listened to her helpful and beneficial suggestions of fixing the company's system by revising its rules and regulation along with its policies and procedures, before proceeding to internationalize the corporation as a way of surviving the more globalized world and helping other corporations in the industry restore their trust on Oscorp once again now that it's free from any unethical experimentations or illegal dealings and transactions.
