Dr. Elihas Starr, commonly known as Dr. Egghead, was amongst the most greatest minds in history. A technological genius whod developed virtually outwordly technologies and inventions, hailed as the only man on Earth leagues above Iron Man's prowess in engineering. However, he'd soon went to criminal activties after he'd saw potential in world domination, and the effort of taking valuable resouces. Soon enough, Dr. Eggman became a super-villain, ony ever stopped by the Avengers, but has been stopped numerous time by Spider-Man.

Throughout his years of expertise, Starr wanted to express his desires in science in the creation of sophisocated artificial intelligences and robotics. Self-educated into the developement of robots and AIs, he'd soon went on inventing and creating his own schematics and scientific theories that would allow him to create the first self-aware AI Ultron. Using Ultron as the foundation, he'd soon went on to create many other robots. However low on resources, he'd viewed that world domination is the only way to achieve his goals and would form the Robotnik Empire.

Ever since he'd declared himself the ruler of Earth, S.H.I.E.L.D and the Avengers would constantly stop his plans, while Spider-Man periodically also stopped him and Ultron himself.
