We are VENOM!!
Eddie Brock is an American male who was friends with Peter Parker before gaining a newfound hatred for him and ultimately Spider-Man after the latter causes Brock to lose his job at the Daily Bugle by exposing his doctored photos of Spider-Man stealing money bags. Brock's hatred was made more powerful when the Venom symbiote bonded to him after Peter discarded the symbiote from himself (while Peter was ripping off the symbiote, Eddie discovered that Peter was Spider-Man, he discovered more information about Peter using the memories of Peter transferred from the symbiote), thus turning Brock into Venom.
