One, day I went to this science exhibit and this radioactive spider up and bit me- (...) Well fine, if you don't want to know my awesome and cool origin story, I went to Mario's house and asked for something but he didn't have it. And that kind of made me mad, so I bit him!

This universe was like the main Kable10 universe up until Frank rather than Peter Parker got bit by the radioactive spider, as a result, Frank gained the abilities of a spider and apparently had an awesome origin nobody wants to hear. One day Frank went to Mario Wilfred's house and asked for something that Mario didn't have making Frank angry and out of rage he bit Mario sharing some of the radiation with him giving Mario spider abilities. Later on Mario's adopted son, Jeffy François made a mess in his room which made Mario angry an out of rage he bit Jeffy giving Jeffy some of the radiation making him also have spider abilities.
Soon afterwards the 3 all realized they had spider abilities and so formed a team called the Spider-Men which they did their best to save the day (often mistaking the victim for the criminal and beating up the wrong person). One day a Spider-Man from another universe came to this universe and met Jeffy who mistook said Spider-Man for a fan, much to Jeffy's confusion the Spider-Man mistook Jeffy for a fan. Jeffy then showcased his spider abilities to the person and soon after got scolded by the Spider-Man for abusing his power, however Jeffy refused to listen and instead cried to Mario. Mario told Jeffy not to worry about it thinking that the person Jeffy talked to couldn't possibly be another Spider-Man as they were the only 3 in existence when this Spider-Man made his presence known to Mario's shock. This Spider-Man requested the 3 tell him their origin story and they did to which Spider-Man noted that it didn't make much sense.
Before the other Spider-Man could figure this out, Mario's spider senses began acting up as he began to experience a migraine headache. So the 3 Spider-Men went to save the day, however like most of the time they mistook the victim (Logan Thirtyacre) for the criminal (Bowser Koopa) and beat the wrong person up allowing Bowser to steal Logan's Lamborghini. Afterwards the 3 Spider-Men went to relax when they were attacked by Goblin (Kermit the Frog) who killed Mario and Frank in the process, the alternate Spider-Man feeling bad for Jeffy offered to help him stop Goblin and the 2 teamed up together and stopped him. Jeffy vengeful for the death of his father and his mentor prepared to kill Goblin however Peter told him to wait until he could find a way back home to which Goblin said "There is no way home!".
As a result Jeffy threw the pumpkin bomb in Goblin's face killing him, Peter not wanting Jeffy to end up in a foster home adopted him and the 2 went back to Mario's house to live together. Peter asked Jeffy if there was a way home but Jeffy simply told him what Goblin said and that even if there was a way Jeffy's not smart enough to make it, this had Peter trapped with Jeffy. For the next few months, Peter trained Jeffy to be his world's best Spider-Man and eventually when a Multidimensional Crisis happened it ended with Peter being sent back to his natural reality leaving Jeffy as the only superhero in his universe.
