A universe inspired by the Marvel's Spider-Man animated series, but diverging from the first season after the Spider Island event and serving as a Next Generation fanon story.

History

In Earth-69112, the Spider Island event of Earth-TRN633 remained relatively the same in outcome. But, the reprecussions of said event would drastically change the lives of not only Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and Anya Corazon, but a handful of others as well.

First, it would draw the attention of a secret society known as the Spider Society, an ancient group dedicated to protecting humanity from certain threats and keeping their eyes on those of spider-totems. Concerned with the threat the Jackal and Osborn had caused New York City due to their own ambitions, the group sought to make contact with the four spider-heroes, explaining about their goals, history, and purpose. But it was their eldest Hunter, Ezekiel Sims, who convinced the four young heroes to join them for the sake of avoiding a similar situation they had faced weeks before. However, over the course of their earlier adventures, they would be joined with two additional members who retained spider abilities from this event: Jessica Drew and Miguel O'Hara.

Unfortunately, thia would also draw the attention of those in the criminal underworld, causing a stir from the likes of Wilson Fisk and the Black Tarantula, both who became a thorn in the side of the Spider Society. Using Web Corp as its front, the four new Hunters under Ezekiel's tutelege began facing off against these two Kingpins of Crime and the long-standing feud with the Sisterhood of the Wasp who saw the rise in spider-totems as an omen that the Spiders would become the downfall of the world and humanity. Yet, the clashes eventually died down to only occasional skirmishes, the Spider Society finding itself making progress in surpressing the influence of the Sisterhood of the Wasp and the criminal underworld brought to its knees by the workings of other heroes within the city, allowing the spider heroes of then a chance to catch a break and find time for some normalcy.

Now, some twenty years later, many of the residents of this universe have managed to settle down, starting families of their own and attempting to shield the next generation from their heroic past. Unfortunately, fate has much different plans in store.
