Earth-3220 or the Sensational Universe is a universe created by Red Average. In it Doctor Doom joined forces with Ultron and Loki and the three used Doom's Space Station to destroy certain cities in the world killing heroes at the same time. Ultron, Loki and Doom then take control of America, realizing super villains who serve them as well as hunt down the remaining heroes who aren't either dead or joined forces with the trio.
