Earth's Mightiest Heroes: The Avengers is a television series from 2013. It is a live-action series focusing on the universe's timeline, and on superheroes, the Avengers, based on the comics.
The show focuses on the Avengers' solo adventures before joining the team, as formed by Nick Fury. At first, it shows the Asgardian life with Thor and brother Loki, who intends to use the Tesseract to conquer planets. It also features the 1940s with Captain America, Bruce Banner turning into Hulk, and Tony Stark becoming Iron Man.
Tony Stark was the son of business magnate Howard Stark, who had built weapons and by secret for S.H.I.E.L.D., a spy organization created after the ending of World War II and Captain America's sacrifice. Tony had meanwhile built his first circuit board at age six but it was nothing to impress his father. Tony later called his father "cold" and "calculating". However, Howard had set it on tape in order to make sure that Tony would see it, handing the tapes over to S.H.I.E.L.D., as they were the only ones whom had he actually trusted, as they were his new allies at the time. They also had worked with Howard and Hank Pym, the creator of the Pym Particles and the Ant-Man suit later which was worn by Stark's future teammate, Scott Lang.
