History
Doreen Green seemingly had a similar history as her Earth-616 counterpart. Due to a mutation in her genes, she was born with the abilities and attributes of a squirrel, most notably a bushy tail and the ability to communicate with squirrels. After saving a squirrel chased by a dog, the rodent encouraged her to use her powers to help others. Doreen decided to become a super hero known as Squirrel Girl.
When she was fourteen, she ambushed Iron Man outside his base. She tried to convince him to take her on as his sidekick, but he declined. Suddenly, the pair were attacked by Doctor Doom, who knocked out Stark and kidnapped him. Aided by an army of squirrels, she was able to intercept Doom and free Iron Man. While she was able to defeat Doom, Victor was able to escape.
Squirrel Girl was among those teleported to Reality: MS-0815 through a rift and recruited by War Machine into the Avengers Alliance to oppose the reality's tyrannical ruler. This turned out to be Doctor Doom, who had received godlike power from Pandora's Box.
