The Death Reapers are Vampire warriors that were created to combat the growing spread of the Witches. The first incarnation of the Death Reapers came from the army of a warlord named Kallias, after he was made a Vampire by the Progenitor of all Vampires, Malachai Macklyn. Because of this, the original Death Reapers were loyal to Kallias, not Malachai.
