Doc Gamma Leonard Samson Walters

Doc Gamma

David Samson-Walters is the son of Leonard "Doc" Samson and the She-Hulk from his reality. David is a "gamma mutant," having inherited gamma radiation-based superpowers from both of his parents. He is able to shift back and forth between his ordinary human form and a large, hulking form at will, and in his gamma-enhanced form, he is as powerful as his cousin Skaar, the son of the Hulk. Unlike his uncle, and like his mother, he loves to be the Hulk, and does not see it as a curse. He can increase his strength with the "Ancient Force" - a cosmic force similar to the Old Power - which allows him to create and manipulate gamma energy.

Powers and Abilities

David's powers, conferred by the Ancient Force, are the control of cosmic energies, molecular restructuring of matter, projection of gamma bursts of energy capable of penetrating force fields, and optical bursts of gamma radiation. Doc Gamma cannot fly, but can jump up to 3000 meters in Hulk style. His strength is such that he is capable of lifting up to 1,250 tons (the equivalent of a huge ocean liner). He has superhuman power and strength on par with superhumans like the Hulk, Sasquatch, Thor, and Captain Marvel, among others. He also has vast speed and agility, as well as resistance to psychic attacks and divine energy. As a Gamma Mutant, Doc Gamma has a high resistance to heat, cold, electricity, radiation, poisons, toxins and disease. He also has a special and unique power: by concentrating for a minute, Doc Gamma is able to deliver a powerful punch that could decapitate the Juggernaut, which he calls the "Lion of Judah Fist". It is similar to Daniel Rand's Iron Fist, but struck by the Incredible Hulk. The blow causes his fist to glow with bright green energy. He does not need to sleep, eat, drink, or breathe, and can heal quickly from any injury, though he is not "indestructible," and anything that would kill heavyweights such as Hulk and Thor would surely kill him as well.

Doc Gamma has immense knowledge of hand-to-hand combat and a high degree of mastery over 200 different languages (including dead languages) and knowledge dating back to the early years of the Jewish people. Doc Gamma in combat uses the martial techniques of Krav Maga, the Israeli martial art (in Hebrew: קרב מגע, "close / contact combat").
