History
At an unknown point in time, a team of Kangs known as the Council of Kangs formed, this council was separate from the previous version.[1]
At some point in time a member of this group and it's presumed leader Kang the Conqueror of Earth-23456 came across their variant from Earth-12344321 a version of Kang named Nathaniel Kang Richards by this reality's Franklin Richards and his wife Victoria von Doom-Richards. Kang educated the young Nathaniel on his purpose within the Multiverse and told him he could join the team if he killed someone important to the timeline. Though the young Nathaniel was afraid he agreed to this and took his rightful name of Kang the Conqueror.[2]
The Council of Kangs waited for news from the young Kang but due to him taking so long they sent Earth-23456 Kang after him. Eventually 23456-Kang came back with the young Kang, what happened to him afterwards is currently unknown.[3]
