History
Hawkeye's history is exactly the same as that of Earth-616's Hawkeye up until the Marvel NEW! relaunch.
During the reformation of the Avengers, many of the current members voted to not put Hawkeye on the new team. In the end Captain Marvel was able to convince most he is a worthy member of the team and quickly after approached Hawkeye. She warned him that the others weren't confident in if he would help the team in any way because of his limited power set. He thanked her and trained harder than he ever did before and invented many more trick arrows to show his dedication.
