Early Years[]

Charles Francis Xaiver (born July, 1935; died early Spring, 2025) was the only son and child of wealthy nuclear researcher Dr. Brian Xavier, and his wife at the time, Sharon. From a young age Charles already displayed intelligence beyond his years, and an inquisitive mindset. Both things which he inherited from his father. Who passed away in an a car accident when Charles was only nine years old. Shortly after which his mother married his father's ex-colleague Dr. Kurt Marko, in hopes of giving Charles a well-maintained and structured family. However it was anything but as the young man only faced resentment and scorn from his new step-father, the same of which he held for Charles' real father. If that wasn't bad enough Dr. Marko brought his real son, Charles' step-brother, Cain to live with the family after he and his mother were married, the boy constantly taking any chance he could to bully Charles. His step-father not caring for his blight in the slightest, since in truth he had only married Sharon to gain access to the vast Xavier fortune. Not caring for her in the slightest. So much so he even started to physically and violently abuse her. Kurt's actions leading Sharon to start drinking and becoming an alcoholic. Making Charles' home life and childhood all the more unstable. That is until one night just after he turned twelve years old he met a shapeshifting young-girl who had broken into his home scrounging for food named Raven, who Charles instantly felt a connection with. Namely because she was a Mutant like him. The young Charles at the time having only just recently awakened to his powers, and the powerful telepathic abilities he would come to be known for in the decades to come.

After their meeting Charles invited Raven to come and live with his family, to which she agreed. The two of them soon becoming best friends. Who worked to protect each other from the wrath of both Cain and his father Kurt, as well as Charles' mother. Who Charles, with his growing telepathic abilities, attempted to alleviate all the pain she felt by sharing it. However his actions were to no avail and she soon died of a broken heart shortly after his thirteenth birthday. Once this happened Kurt attempted to gain control of the Xavier family fortune, but using his telepathic powers Charles put a stop to his plans. Though this led to the man attempting to kill Charles, however before he could Raven protected him and stabbed Kurt, accidentally killing him. Cain witnessing the entire ordeal. This led to him running away, the paths of Charles and Raven not crossing with his again for many decades to come.

His step-father and both his parents now dead Charles was left as the soul heir to the vast Xavier family fortune, but remembering the lessons his parents taught him he remained frugal with it, and instead stared making his own way. Namely by attending college. Where due to his advanced intellect he was able to graduate with honors from Harvard University at only sixteen years old. Where once he accomplished this he attended Columbia University, where in earned the first, of what would be multiple, Ph.D, this one in Biophysics. Since he wanted to understand not only more about his own powers, but Raven's as well. Which led to Charles and Raven eventually heading to England, so the former could earn his Ph.D in Genetics from Oxford University.

Division X[]

Now a full fledged adult, with a much better understanding of his powers, Charles Xavier, after just having completed his years long work on his thesis centered around genetic mutation, is one day approached by then CIA agent Moira MacTaggert. Who has come to Charles to seel his side in stopping a Mutant named Sebastian Shaw, and his fellow Mutant followers, who call themselves the Hellfire Club. A group of Mutants bent on destroying humanity, and starting a new race war between them and Mutants. His conscience not being able to stomach Shaw's philosophy agreed to Moira and the CIA's request, bringing Raven along for the ride. Shortly after this Charles and his allies encounter another young Mutant out to defeat Shaw. A man who would become Charles' closest friend, as well as his greatest adversary, named Erik Magnus Lehnsherr, whose true name is in fact Max Eisenhardt. Though Charles and the others wouldn't come to know this until many years in the future.

Finding they have a goal in common Max agrees to work with Charles and the rest to defeat Shaw and his Hellfire Club. To that end they eventually decide to recruit a team of their own, the first of which is a brilliant young scientist who is already working for Division X named Hank McCoy, who Charles accidentally outs as a Mutant. Who after coming together eventually manage to defeat Shaw and his allies. But immediately after this occurs Max begins displaying a similar mindset to Shaw and then tries to continue his plans. Leading Charles to plead with him to stop. Though he doesn't. As such Moira MacTaggart decides to take lethal action, which Charles moving in to stop his two friends before the situation gets any worse. However in his attempts to resolve the situation he is caught in the crossfire, hit in the spine with a bullet Max deflected that Moira fired at him, which leaves him paralyzed from the waist down. A New First Class[]

After the events surrounding the Hellfire Club Charles finds that he enjoys teaching, and helping other Mutants. So with that he converts his ancestral family home into a school. Intent on using it as a place to help future generations be able to foster peaceful co-existence between humans and mutants, so the latter could one day lived however they wished, without any fear or shame. However Charles' plans are detailed by the full onset of the Vietnam War, which leads to many of his students being drafted into the military and losing their lives. Faced with this reality, and not wanting to deal with the pain of it, he has Hank, one of the only people left at his side, create a drug for him that fully suppresses his telepathic powers. Which unexpected side effects allow Charles the ability to walk again, as well as regrow his hair, since a side effect of his powers is that prolonged usage of them results in baldness.

Becoming addicted to the power suppressant drug Charles falls into a deep depression and period of self-loathing. That is until 1975 after the end of the war where he received a visit from his old friend and teammate John, bringing with him a fellow young mutant he encountered during the war that is struggling with dealing with his demons and understanding his own powers. Faced with this struggling young man, and some tough love from both John and Hank, he slowly but surely works his way out of his depression and self-loathing and detoxes from the power suppressant drug, becoming the man he was once, again ready to put forth efforts into achieving his dream of co-existence.

To that end Charles re-opens his school in the 1990's and then begins recruiting a new generation of students. The first which consisted of Scott Summers, Warren Worthington III, Jean Grey, Katherine Pryde, and finally Ravens' son Kurt Wagner. Who Charles began training to master their powers. That is until the summer of the year 2000 when his old friend Max returned, now calling himself Magneto and leading a Mutant terrorist organization known as the Brotherhood of Mutants.
