- Precognition:
- Vampirism: Cassandra, like all other vampires, is capable of transforming an individual into a vampire by biting them. A special enzyme found only within vampire saliva is responsible for this transformation. After draining all of the blood from a victim, the victim enters a death-like state and returns to life three days later.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all vampires, Cassandra possesses superhuman strength.
- Superhuman Speed: Cassandra is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete.
- Superhuman Stamina: Cassandra's body is more resistant to the fatigue toxins generated by her muscles during physical activity. She can exert herself at peak capacity for several hours before fatigue begins to affect her.
- Superhuman Agility: Cassandra's ability, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Cassandra's natural reaction time is enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Cassandra is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissue to an extent much greater than an ordinary human. Cassandra can fully heal from multiple gunshots and severe burns within a matter of minutes, however, he cannot regenerate missing limbs or organs.
- Immortality: Cassandra, like all vampires, is functionally immortal in the sense that she is immune to the effects of aging and is immune to all known Earthly diseases as long as he ingests fresh blood on a regular basis to maintain her vitality. Once killed, Cassandra's power is such that he can resurrect herself under the proper conditions. If staked through the heart, Cassandra can regenerate once the stake is removed.
- Fangs: Like all vampires, Cassandra has fangs and claws. He can quickly drain a victim of blood.
- Hypnotism: Cassandra is able to hypnotize others by gazing into their eyes for a short period of time. As the Vampire Queen, Dracula can compel other vampires to follow his orders unless their willpower is strong enough to resist her.
- Shapeshifting: Cassandra is able to shapeshift into bats, rats, a wolf, and mist. She can also turn into human-sized or larger wolfen and bat-like forms.
- Weather Manipulation: She has considerable control over the elements and weather, enough to oppose Storm or Thor. However, she is severely weakened for an extended period of time afterward.
- Mind Control:
- Sorcery: She possess vast magical powers, which surpass some of the magic-wielding powers of any other Ennead god. She can generate and manipulate other forms of energy as well. His mystic energy manifests as black or purple energy.

- Telekinesis: Projection of psychokinetic energy enables her to levitate objects, propel or manipulate them however she wishes, lift herself and move through the air to simulate flight, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, generate concussive force as blasts or bursts, and create protective shields.
- Psychic Raven: She can manifest his telekinesis as a psychic raven, whose claws could inflict both physical and mental damage.
- Telekinetic Force Field: She can create a telekinetic field to shield him and her teammates.
- Tactile Telekinesis: She has the power to utilize a personal force field of telekinetic energy.
- Telekinetic Weapons: She can create psionic weapons and constructs out of psychic energy that damage a target either physically, mentally or both in some point.
- Teleportation: She can magically teleport himself, other persons, and objects across dimensional barriers.
- Spells and Phrases: She has a vast knowledge of mystical spells and incantations invoking names and aspects of various extra-dimensional objects, beings and sources of power. Although she has shown the ability to cast "spells" by only saying or focusing on what she wants to happen, this could be related to the nature of her powers.
- Mystic Bolts: She is able to generate powerful bolts of fiery energy.
- Shapeshifting: Another ability common to the Ennead, including her, is the ability to change shape. She can transform his physical appearance to resemble another humanoid being, animal, or even inanimate objects.
- Scrying: She has shown an ability to use water or mirrors in order to see locations and beings from afar and to communicate.
- Flight: She has been shown to levitate and fly.
- Telepathy: She is able to read minds and project her own thoughts into the minds of others within a radius of 250 miles (on Earth). With extreme effort, she can greatly extend that radius. When synced with Cerebro or Cerebra, she can connect to every mind on a planet.
- Telepathic Illusions: She has the ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.
- Telepathic Cloak: She can mask his presence from being detected by others. Her abilities could at times go undetected or be counteracted by other more powerful telepaths depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities. She can extend these defenses to others around her as well.
- Mind Link: She has the ability to develop a mental link with any person which remains as a connection to that individual.
- Telepathic Camouflage: She is capable of masking his and/or other peoples' presence from those around her. She can telepathically disguise himself, making her appearance to those around her quite different (changing the appearance of clothing, as well as more involved disguising).
- Mind Blast: She has the ability to place large amounts of information in another's mind.
- Mind Control: She possesses the power to control the minds of others upon mere concentration. This power could allow him to completely shut down several people's minds, making it appear as if time has stopped.
- Mind Possession: She can possess the mind of another, and use that being's body as his own.
- Mind Alteration: She has the ability to alter the minds of others by force of will.
- Mental Amnesia: She can cause loss of particular memories or total amnesia in another person or a group of people.
- Psychic Wave Manipulation: Her mental talents are such that he can give his psionic power enough physical substance to effect the material world through her telepathy.
- Psionic Shield: She has the ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and of other minds, so that she could prevent the free access to the conscious and subconscious mind of anyone.
- Psionic Blasts: She can project psionic force bolts which had no physical effects but can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and could even kill an adversary.
- Mental Detection: She can sense the presence of another person within a small but as yet undefined radius of himself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.
- Mind Transferal: She possesses the ability to transfer both her mind and powers into other host bodies if her own physical body was somehow killed.
- Absorb Information: She has the ability to quickly process and store information, by mental transference.
- Telepathic Learning: She is also able to telepathically teach information to other individuals. For example, she was also able to impart months of training into the minds of four young magicians, over the span of a few hours, to insure they were better able to use their powers and work together as a team.

- Hydrokinesis: She has control over all forms of water. She can control, create and manipulate water such as making an entire ocean into a puddle or creating tsunamis. She can use her control over water to create powerful water blasts at her opponents. He is the greatest swimmer on the Earth. She can move at superhuman speeds while in water. She can breathe under water indefinitely and can breathe oxygen as well.
- Chlorokinesis: She possesses the ability to manipulate and control the growth of plants and other vegetation bending them to his will.
- Electrokinesis: Her ability to generate tremendous amounts of electrical energy and to project them from her hands in the form of lightning bolts or summon lightning and her ability to manipulate lightning was shown to greatly exceed that of Thor at times.
- Atmokinesis:
- Magical Awareness: She has shown the ability to be aware of almost anything that affects her and her surroundings.
- Aura Detection: She can detect other people's aura to determine if they are aligned with good, evil or none.
- Supernatural Tracking: She can track people and objects easily over any distance or conditions.
- Astral Projection: She possess the ability to project her spirit or astral body out of his physical body in order to travel into the spirit world or the astral plane.
