BIO:

This is Isaiah Bradley, the Captain America Black African American from "Truth: Red, White & Black" series.

In this reality Isaiah was the one that was turned into the first american super-soldier that fought against the Nazis. In WW2 he was freezed, but later awaken in the modern times, just like Steve Rogers.

He became the supreme leader of the Avengers of his alternate reality of Multiverse commanding all the incarnations the team has had over the years as a brilliant strategist and a born leader.

Unlike Steve Rogers, Isaiah killed a vast number of enemy soldiers in the WW2,when in combat he not act rashly, did only what his hierarchical superiors of the American army commanded him to do, and thought very calmly analyzing all possible ways of action in the face of a particular critical situation acting like a perfect soldier during the war. He crawled in the middle of dead bodies covered in blood in Omaha beach while dodging the wild fire of the German Nazis.

As a side effect of super soldier serum injected into his veins Isaiah Bradley found that he developed a hyper accelerated healing factor comparable to that of Wolverine of Earth-616 that makes he much harder to kill than other alternate versions of the Captain America.

It also ages at a much slower rate than normal humans. The Avengers have awakened him from his freezing for over 90 years and yet Isaiah Bradley is still in physical fullness and does not appear to have aged more than 40 years.

Isaiah Bradley is an ardent follower of the Baptist Church whenever attending all services.

Isaiah preserves the same high human values, the same individual greatness and the same personal moral integrity that Steve Rogers, the only difference is that he doesn't think twice when he has to kill his enemies, when there's no other choice of course.

Isaiah and all of the Avengers from Earth-713 are very much like the Ultimates from Marvel Ultimate Universe, and the villians are way more dangerous and hard to beat.
