History
Captain America formed the Rebellion to get rid of the Ruler Regard. In their first face-off, Hypocrisy was killed.
Kallark's Rebellion
After Shahonda, Cap, Wolverine, and Hypocrisy (after his resurrection) all left the team, Kallark rebuilt the team under his leadership with new members Black Knight, Spiderfire, Rhino, Heimdall, Bullseye and Valkyrie.
