Cain Marko, also known as Juggernaut, was a super-strong mutant. He discovered his powers when he nearly killed a bully in a schoolyard fight as a child. He ran away from home and met Erik Maximoff, who was in town looking for mutants to recruit. Erik trained Marko to be his bodyguard, and Marko eventually became a member of the Brotherhood of Suremacy. He was killed by Goliath during the X-Men and New Mutants' attack on Genosha.
