Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk, was a former Navy SEAL who was arrested after he was tricked into killing a group of civilians. He was found by A.I.M, who offered to free him if he took part in their new project. They experimented on him in order to try and recreate the Super-Soldier Serum, but it went wrong and he turned into a giant mindless beast and escaped. He went on a rampage. He later began to try and learn to control the Hulk. He is a founding member of the Avengers.

- Super Strength - In his Hulk form, Bruce has superhuman strength, which grows stronger as he grows angrier.
- Invulnerability - In his Hulk form, Bruce's body becomes indestructible.
- Accelerated Healing - Hulk's body heals faster than most other beings.
