Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk, was a SHIELD scientist trying to recreate the Super Soldier Serum used to create Captain America. When they found Captain America frozen in a block of ice, Bruce used a blood sample of his to help perfect the serum. Bruce secretly used himself as a guinea pig for the serum, but things went wrong and he transformed into a giant mindless beast, dubbed "The Hulk". He later made his way back to New York after his last rampage, and he joined the Avengers. Later on, he joined the Future Foundation so he could develop a cure for the Hulk.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Super Strength - The Hulk has superhuman strength, which increases as he gets angrier.
- Invulnerability - In his Hulk form, Bruce's skin is indestructible.
- Immunity to Toxins - As the Hulk, Bruce is immune to just about every poison or toxin known to man.
