History
Robert "Bob" Reynolds prefers to be referred to as "Bobby". Bobby had not been the same mentally ever since the death of his wife who was also the only person who accepted and loved Bobby for who he was and in rt words, "she wouldnt change a thing".
In one last effort to revert himself into the man he was but ten times better, Bobby took a long trip to Canada in order to speak with anyone associated with Department K. After being told to leave by tne associates, Bobby still couldn't shake this feeling in the air and as he leaves by the backroom door, he couldn't believe his very eyes as he spotted one vial known primarily as the Golden Sentry Serum, one of the very few in existence. After thinking this through, Bobby gave into his impulses by running into the Department and he successfully managed to steal both vials.

Young Robert Reynolds admired Captain America but like Steve Rogers, Robert wasnt born the most athletically gifted. As he got older, he had a normal job and at some point following the death of his wife, Robert would want to abandon his life and became a junkie.
Robert would hear rumors about this super drug known as the Golden Sentry Serum, thst could make up 10x stronger than Captain America. Robert would sneak his way into a secret lab in Canada ans successfully steal the drug he so badly wanted.
