History
May, you should be helping me, those criminals killed our father and you're just sitting by doing the same old rhythm dad did and if you get killed one day, I know for sure mom's heart won't be able to take it. And when that happens I will kill ever criminal we've ever met!

Early Life and Father's Death
Benjamin Richard Parker was born to Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson-Parker and his older sister May Parker. Ben knew of his father's work as Spider-Man and so did his sister and eventually May hit puberty and developed spider-abilities. As a result she became the hero known as Spider-Girl, sometime later Ben's father Peter would seemingly die in a battle with the Sinister Six. Ben and his family would be heartbroken by this revelation with Ben holding his mother in his arms as she cried and Mayday crying in her room upstairs.[1] [2]
Becoming The Spider-Man
Eventually Ben himself would hit puberty and develop spider-abilities as well and so took on the mantle of The Spider-Man. Still wanting vengeance for the death of his father Ben made a very dark suit and began hunting criminals. Ben eventually managed to hunt down and kill former Sinister Six member Scorpion (Mac Gargan) which got him caught by the Queens City Police Department. Not wanting to be caught, Ben ran away until he was caught by his sister, Ben and his sister argued and he accused of being like their dad too much and that she was eventually going to die and when she did Ben would kill the person behind it and everyone he associated with.[3]
Mayday however explained to Ben that he was going about this all wrong because their father didn't want them to develop spider-abilities or take on his legacy for this exact reason. May then reminded him of their father's teachings telling him the "With great power must come great responsibility" speech changing Ben's mind. So he changes up his costume slightly along with his attitude as Spider-Man, Ben later on asked his crush Valeria Richards out on a date which she accepted. However on the day of the date the supervillain known as Carnage (Cletus Kasady) attacked leading to Ben having to fight him. However when Carnage teased him about his father Ben lost control and began mercilessly beating him until he remembered what his sister had told him.[4]
Ben stopped beating Carnage leading to the villain getting the upper-hand for a moment until Ben was saved by the Fantastic Two made up of Ben's crush and her brother Franklin Richards. Ben tried to act all smooth and like a different person not wanting to reveal his secret identity however due to Valeria being the smartest woman on earth she figured it out quite immediately and the 2 went to their date.[5]
Forming the Spider-Family and Death
Ben and Valeria would grow close together and eventually the 2 would get married with Ben's sister Mayday marrying Norman "Normie" Harold Osborn. Ben and Valeria would have a son named Ben Parker, Jr. and Ben's sister would have a son named Harold Peter Osborn and a daughter named Mary Jane Osborn. Ben eventually discovered that more Spider-People were rising up and so wanting to differentiate his family from the others he created a team he dubbed the Spider-Family. Ben also imparted the speech that his sister had reminded him of to his son when he became Spider-Boy and sometime later died leading to his son taking the mantel of Spider-Man and becoming the leader of the Spider-Family.[6][7]
