Along with my technology, relics, resources, everything I kept safe in it. Anything which Peter desires to do, may his new home serve that purpose. The Avril Mansion is a large, high-tech seaside mansion located in Fire Island, New York. Formerly owned by Sally Avril, the mansion is currently owned by her surrogate siblings Marcus and Liz Allan, and new friends Peter Parker and Kamala Khan, who also made it a safe heaven and new home for their friends (who had lost their families and later their homes following past misfortunes).

The Avril Mansion is rich of high-tech (composed of Kree technology and Vibranium collected by Sally Avril and her mother Rose Thompson for construction). The mansion also has an advanced defense system, filled with non-lethal weapons which can paralyze or incapacitate intruders. One major example is a honey cannon which can be used to attract bees and wasps to attack the targets, or magnetic fields which transport subjects to a virtual reality dimension (which once occurred to Flash Thompson in his attempt to invade the mansion).

Upstairs[]

  • Bedrooms: there is a total of 21 bedrooms; one for Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson, and others for their friends and the guests.
  • Library: it is where Peter and his friends do their school studies.
    • Office: Rose Thompson's former workplace which is now owned by Peter.
  • Music Room: it includes several musical instruments (including a piano, and a harp) and a party jukebox.
  • Attic: where unused belongings are stored.

Downstairs[]

  • Main Hall: filled with portraits of the teens' family relatives (including Peter's parents and Uncle Ben, Mary Jane's parents and aunt Anna, among others) and of Rose and Sally in the walls.
  • Bathrooms and Laundry: There are two bathrooms (one for males, one for females), each has six showers, six toilets, and a bathtub. Next to the bathrooms, is a laundry, where the teens wash their clothes.
  • Ballroom/Gym: where the teens practice their acrobatic skills and sport talents, and where the girls practice their dancing skills.
  • Home cinema: a large home theater with 20 seats, and a large TV with four sound boxes in the wall. Peter and his friends will very occasionally use the home cinema to watch movies and play video games.
  • Kitchen
  • Dining Room
  • Treasure room: a museum of the relics found by Richard Parker, Phillip Watson, and others, and trophies and medals awarded by the teens.
    • Secret laboratory: accessed in a secret doorway hidden in the treasure room, the laboratory is used by Peter and his friends to make their experiments and build their inventions.
  • Entertainment room: it has a collection of games, such as a pool table, table tennis, table hockey, bowling, and four arcade video games.

  • Beach: behind the mansion, there is also a beach.

New Avengers Secret Headquarters[]

The mansion also has an underground facility which serves as the headquarters of the New Avengers. Secret passageways to the HQ include:

  • The fireplace in the Main Hall
  • The wardrobes in the bedrooms
  • The teleporters in the secret laboratory
