Bio-Cybernetic Mutantism: As his honorific suggests, Arkady Rossovich is an Omega Level Mutant in possession of numerous varied superhuman & transhuman attributes. Resultant of being both a mutant as well as being extensively modified with any manner of myriad xenotechnologies after undergoing augmentative alchemical, eugenic and biophysical procedures; most of which done at the hands of the Soviet government during the 60s on his earth with many later down the line conducted upon him by another's hand or sanctioned by himself. Such as after having killed and assimilated the Russian cosmonaut; Anatoly, whom himself had been merged with an alien vessel. Mr. Rossovich had incorporated the alien tech physiology comprising of the altered transhuman into himself. Obtaining an incredulous of all-new power from the dirty deed. At the cost of what remained of his humanity, Omega Red now has an even greater affinity with technology than he ever did before. Better streamlining his ability to adapt himself and acquire new technology used to further modify his physiology with. His traversal of the Multiverse has greatly expanded upon his knowledge and understanding of his unique abilities and the technomechanical operations he personally oversaw further enables him to capitalize on his continued endless growth.
Death Factor: Omega Red's primary ability is the emission of lethal pheromone spores from his person that intoxicate and gradually weaken those unfortunate enough to partake of it's bane taint. Rendering the recipient lethally enfeebled while flitting nigh unto death within his immediate vicinity (10-15m). The severity of its effects are based on endurance, health, stamina and relative proximity to the victim his minutia are infecting. Baseline creatures will die off or be incapacitated within moments upon exposure, while beings of extraordinary resilience or vitality can withstand prolonged exposure for a couple minutes to a few hours. After decades spent in cryogenic stasis, his revival summarily strengthened the toxicity of his spores, choosing to concentrate and focus them through his carbonadium tendrils over projecting them as a death. After having modified himself using various schematic designs and attuning them with his own biological functions. Omega now not only has vastly heightened toxikinetic distillation abilities which either steadily or instantly kill anything & everything over a wider radius (now stretching 100y resting rate) than before. Bestowing them transmogrification and elemental manipulating qualities.
Chemistry Manipulation: Having assimilated S.H.I.E.L.D's Chemical Android composition prospects into himself, the Grand Red Death's chemical secretions now possessed the added edge of changing and alternating atomic/molecular cohesion make-up. Through it Arkady can manipulate the very discipline revolving around the elements and compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions: as well as consciously deviate their composition, structure, properties, behavior and the changes undergone during a reaction with other substances. To that effect, Omega Red can manipulate things said same chemical bonds hold overarching solipsism towards. Such a transduction process causes it have certain characteristics and properties beyond simply healing and physical enhancement as it was for Anti-Life in the past. He can now reapply whatever life-energy he siphons into most any other facility he can imagine, putting it towards augmenting his other powers or drumming up all new ones on the fly.
Life Force Absorption: Rossovich's original ability, developed from a need for stabilization after his carbonadium refit, was the siphoning of life forces from other sentient beings in order to sustain himself. Doom Bringer can accomplish this by ensnaring his victims within the metallic tentacles in his forearms, using them as conduits for his death factor on top of his draining facilities. At one point in time the combination of his "death spoor" and the presence of the radioactive Carbonadium in his body initially had the effect of poisoning Omega, causing the mutant great pain on a regular basis which incited his need feed upon the life energies to keep his own powers at bay daily. But ever since reacquiring the synthesizer, which refashions and cleans the Carboniadium within his system, he no longer has need to constantly leech it anymore. The more bioforce Arkady drains, the tougher & stronger he gets as well as the faster he heals.
Total Drain: With the added addition of the World Devouerer's technologies augmenting his powers, Undertaker can drain/leech/siphon completely anything/everything of any/all forms of energy, possibly/potentially even down to the energy holding atoms/molecules together. Superhuman Stamina: Omega Red's muscle fibers generate considerably less fatigue toxins than the musculature of an ordinary human. The new enhancments provided in the body shoppe of his employer/benefactor grants him godlike anatomical reinforcement; enabling the mutant overlord to easily withstand assaults from whole teams of mighty defenders this side of the Accuser Corps, The Imperial Guard, Avengers teams, New Warriors or entire interplanetary armadas with relative ease. Making him all but impervious to even the most extreme forms of abrasion or injury.
Superhuman Agility: Omega Red's natural agility, body coordination, and balance are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of baseline homo sapiens. By absorbing the life force of his enemies and the energy force of his surroundings, Hunger increases his balance & dexterity exponentially. With his Korbinite cybernetic enhancements further bolstering his mobility to new heights; making him quick enough and ductile enough to keep pace with high movers like Quicksilver or the Silver Surfer.
Superhuman Reflexes: Bloodletter's reactions & alertness are similarly bolstered to the point of superiority to those of the finest human specimen. Absorbing the life energy of others increases his reflexes exponentially. Regenerative Healing Factor: Planet Killer possesses an uncanny attribute for healing and mending himself to a much greater degree than that of ordinary humans and most aliens. Having shown being capable of healing from heavy lacerations, puncture wounds or incendiary burns within a matter of minutes. Using the essential energies of the world around him also further enhances Arkady's regenerative qualities to higher levels. Aspect Expulsion By force of will and thanks in part to the original Omega's very unique physiology, Rossovich can expunge these three entities from his corporea and recall them back into himself at the drop of a hat if he so chooses. Carbonadium is an unstable, artificial alloy that is the former Soviet Union's attempt at recreating true adamantium. While the alloy is only slightly less durable and more malleable than adamantium, it is also radioactive. The radioactivity of the metal, when combined with Omega Red's death factor, allows him to literally drain the life force of his victims. Omega Red can also use the tentacles as whips or restraining bonds, restraining most individuals easily due to the durability of the tendrils.
Epsilon Coils: After looking up schematics for the Epsilon Red program, Arkady would integrate the projects facilitations into his own mechabiology after studying them inadeptly for hours to days on end. Now the Omega has extra retractable coils grafted onto his lower abdomen that come in a variety of customizable tip ends which he can extend or hide in his middle back at will. Said additions can be flamethrowers, vibranium/uru tipped jackhammers, magnetized net launchers, power saws and/or drills, etc.
Radiation Conversion: After having modded his genealogy to better accommodate the nuclear toxicity of his own Carbonadium. Omega can now actively siphon off the toxicity found in his own tentacles and transition them into different forms of energy, or plainly use them as an alt. fuel source to strengthen his body and amp his natural mutant powers.
