Arkady Rossovich was a wanted fugitive born in Russia and a renowned serial killer considered extremely dangerous. On one rainy night, Arkady's luck would run out as would be cornered by several police. Prepared to finally surrender,the situation would take a sudden turn.
3 of the officers would use some sort of knockout gas putting Arkady to sleep as well. Arkady would wake up and find himself in a secret lab.
Arkady is a Russian assassin and KGB agent and former member of the Elite X. Most details of his origins are unknown except for the fact his powers have a similar origin to that of Wolverine. Arkady is an extremely dangerous individual who has had many run ins with Wolverine where the two have stalematted many times which has frustrated Arkady since Wolverine is the first man he could not overpower.
This has made Wolverine a prime target in the eyes of Arkady as he feels incomplete without killing the unkillable Wolverine!
