History

Tony Stark is the son of Howard Stark, the founder of Stark Industries who sold the company, which was rebranded as Potts International. Tony was allowed to stay on as a scientist working for Potts, and eventually even formed a relationship with CEO, Juniper Potts. However, after Tony was able to isolate the Terrigen formula, he was fired and kicked to the curb. After threatening to expose Potts to the world, he had his legs broken by the Black Panther.
While in recovery, Tony Stark was approached by Nick Fury, who offered him a chance at vengeance against Juniper Potts and the whole company. Tony hesitantly accepted, and began acting as Fury's eyes and ears in the public world, amassing information about Potts, and working to destabilize them from behind the scenes.

- Tony personally doesn't care too much about Black Panther, despite the fact that he broke his legs. He knows he is only a puppet being controlled by his true enemy, Juniper.
