In her youth, America’s mothers attempted to use an experimental method to cure the disease in her veins. While successful, the experiment had a large amount of side effects, mainly her ability to form star-shaped portals. Amnesiac and lost, America ended up in New York City, acting as a vigilante known as Miss America.
