History[]
Amadeus Cho was ranked by the Excello Soap Company as the "seventh-smartest person in the world." Despite Reed Richards telling him that Excello was just a soap company, Amadeus took it seriously, giving him an overinflated sense of self-importance.
Hulk[]
He became a creature similar to the Hulk by using nanites to copy Bruce Banner's powers. However, unlike Banner, Amadeus' powers were triggered by his pride.
Champions[]
He formed the Champions with Ironheart, the Scarlet Spider, Kamala Khan and Spider-Gwen.
While helping the Champions fight Lady Octopus, Amadeus lost control and caused large amounts of destruction to both sides, killing Lady Octopus as well as civilians. The Champions broke up after that and Amadeus realized his transformation was a curse.
Joe Fixit[]
Amadeus was taken over by a Joe Fixit personality.
He later started working for Hydra in exchange for a cure.
Civil War: Ultimatum[]
Amadeus Cho was defeated by Bruce Banner. He was arrested and had his powers removed.
