All Skrulls Must Die! is a Disney+ original miniseries loosely based off of the comic series "Skrull Kill Krew" by Grant Morrison, and the twenty-sixth entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - MAX Phase 4.
Synopsis[]
The Clockworks Psychiatric Hospital is home to some of the most troubled, unstable and violent individuals in New York, not made any less troubled by the latest offering on the lunch menu: Beef steak. Or it would be beef steak if the cows in question weren't actually shapeshifted Skrulls that were brainwashed into believing they were cows.
Upon eating the steak, five patients have decided that they've had enough of Clockworks' unique treatment approach and proceed to escape, aided by the strange abilities they've gained from the steak. That, or all of their screws have come loose. Nevertheless, the five have attracted the attention of fervent alien-hater and local Neo-Nazi Butch Moon, S.W.O.R.D. and their Skrull ally Talos, and none other than one baron Helmut Zemo, who's had his own recent share of alien troubles.
Cast and Characters[]
Main Cast[]
- Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Ryder Dry (first appearance)
A schizophrenic patient of Clockworks who believes that he may in fact be a Skrull who broke from his brainwashed cow state. All the same, he does possess impressive combat and leadership skills. Like Skrulls themselves, he is capable of shapeshifting as well as limited teleportation. - Deon Cole as Delroy Garrett Jr. / The Incredible Three-Dimensional Man (first appearance)
A former Air-Force pilot who suffered a psychiatric break and nearly killed his C.O. He seems to have stabilized himself, but still shows signs of violent sociopathy. He possesses the same "3-D suit" as Charles Chandler did, though with the "aid" of the steak, he now possesses various forms of vision, from x-ray to infrared, even being able to spot a Skrull in disguise on sight. - Steven Ogg as Butch Moon (first appearance)
A frothing psychopath and leader of a skinhead gang in Red Hook, he has dedicated the last few years of his life to killing anyone and anything related to aliens, his latest obsession and paranoia being Skrulls. - Daniel Brühl as Helmut Zemo
A Sokovian baron who has recently returned from an adventure with Frank Castle on Xandar, he now finds himself hunted by Butch of being a suspected Skrull. He reluctantly offers aid to Ryder and his crew, but might actually be hiding some information regarding the original Skrull cows to begin with. - Tom Sturridge as Riot (first appearance)
A former punk rocker and masochist who was institutionalized for sex addiction that eventually became far more severe and violent. No one knows what he's really thinking, or even what his real name is. All the same, he jumps at the chance to join Ryder's crew and escape the hospital. His "steak power" is to transform himself into a large insect with great strength, speed and flight. - Summer Glau as Conspiracy Cat
A former member and hacker of the Wayward Girls who already had a history of violence. After eating the steak, she seems convinced that she's a cat in a human body, a belief...surprisingly bolstered by her razor-sharp nails and incredible reflexes. - Christopher Heyerdahl as Dice (first appearance)
A former surfer who believed he could breathe underwater, and nearly drowned over a dozen times in an attempt to prove it. It seems this time, he may actually be able to. Apart from his singular delusion / belief / skill(?), he is the most cogent and lucid of Ryder's crew, often being the voice of reason and a tether.
Recurring Cast[]
- Ben Mendelsohn as Talos
The leader of a Skrull faction who only seeks to live in peace, he has regardless had to get his hands dirty from time to time - including against his own people led by more extreme factions. He seems to know quite a bit about the Skrull cows, but insists on trying to convince Ryder and his crew that they're delusional and ill. - Jake Johnson as Galan (first appearance)
Talos's new "science guy", slightly more competent than Norex. - Joel Fry as Trall
Talos's right-hand man. - Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons
A S.W.O.R.D. biologist and alien expert who has become something of a living legend. Following the escape of Ryder's crew, she is brought on to examine the steak that may have triggered their newfound abilities. - Jonathan Groff as Charles Chandler / The Fascinating Three-Dimensional Man
A former Air-Force pilot who knows Delroy, and wears the same powered suit. He's...not quite there himself, but is eager to find and help him. - Freddie Stroma as Henry (first appearance)
A deranged serial killer confined to Clockworks' "cooler", their most secure facility. - Aubrey Plaza as Dr. Lenny Busker
A creepy psychiatrist at Clockworks who's hiding an incredibly sinister and dark secret.
