Alex Su was a Chinese soldier who eventually met and became close friends with Zhang Khan, also known as the Mandarin. He ran the criminal organization known as the Ten Rings, which Su decided to join, becoming Khan's right-hand-man and enforcer, as well as his mole and liaison in the Chinese Army. He eventually got an armor of his own and was called the Crimson Dynamo.
