History
Akihiro is the son of the legendary superhero and samurai, Wolverine and Itsu, daughter of an infamous ninja who betrayed their clan. Akihiro would later become Wolverine as a member of the UN's new Thunderbolts.
Early Life
Akihiro was born sometime after Logan arrived to Japan as a member of Elite-X, where he had an affair with a woman who just so happened to be the daughter of the rogue ninja his team was hunting. Itsu would raise Akihiro on her own for the majority of his life until her death when Akihiro was thirteen years old. After her death, he was taken in and raised by the Saburo Clan his mother belongs to.
The clan put young Akihiro through various training and torture to groom him into their greatest warrior. While in the clan, Akihiro would be given the name "Daken", due to his status as a hybrid. Initially an insult, Aki would keep the name as a reminder of his upbringing.

After years of training, Daken plotted to eliminate, Bando, the man who trained him as his final lesson in the clan.
The two met in the Saburo Gardens at midnight and had their last duel. Using everything he had learned since his youth, Daken would kill Bando and officially leave the Saburo Clan and make his way to North America.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Pheromone Manipulation: An ability unique to Daken as he has possessed it since his youth, Daken can not only mask his own scent and presence but also manipulate the emotions of others. Daken primarily uses this ability to instill fear, relief and anxiety to make him even more dangerous in combat.
- Enhanced Senses: Much like his father, Daken has incredible senses. With enhanced smell, feel, taste, hearing and sight, Daken is one of the world's most proficient trackers and hunters.
Abilities
- Expert Hand-to Hand Combatant: Trained by the notorious Saburo Clan of ninjas, Daken is a master of Saburo Style Ninjutsu, one of the deadliest unarmed techniques in the world, making him one of the most deadliest combatants in the world.
