Adrian Toomes was a scientist at Oscorp, and their C.E.O. by proxy, until he tested his Infinity Formula on himself and mutated into the cross-species bird man Vulture. He wrought havoc on New York City, but was defeated by Spider-Man. Despite seemingly being killed, he later on returned for revenge. He is currently locked up in the SHIELD prison known as the Big House.

- Super Strength - After being mutated into the Vulture, Adrian gained strength superior to that of a normal man.
- Flight - After being mutated, Adrian sprouted a pair of bird wings, allowing him to fly.
- Claws - After being mutated, Adrian grew super sharp claws.
- Tail - After being mutated, Adrian grew a prehensile tail.
