Miles has a lot of faith in you. And I'm a firm believer in second chances. Mr. Davis, I'd like to offer you a job.
History
Aaron Davis seemingly had a similar history as the rewritten history of his Earth-1610 counterpart.
Following his battle with Spider-Man, where Miles insisted he leave town, Aaron was declared deceased. In reality, he was secretly taken to a government hospital. Aaron remained in a coma for almost four years, waking up shortly after the organization was dissolved. Waking up in an empty hospital, Aaron secretly returned to Brooklyn and bought a modified Iron Spider Armor off the black market.
Once again being thwarted by his nephew, he took Spider-Man's words to heart and sought to become reformed. He initially sold his armor back to Peter Parker, but as a favor to Miles, Parker recruited Aaron into Spider-Man Incorporated. After Peter told him that Miles actually recommended him, Davis took his offer to once again don the Iron Spider Armor.
