History

In order to combat any potential threat to the country or even the planet, Captain America and Nick Fury agreed to assemble a team of the world's most formidable individuals who each possess unique abilities, and they would be known as ALLSTAR. Fury also wanted to stabilize and monitor Oscorp and their "O Formula" as more superhumans emerged the more accessible the O Formula became. ALLSTAR was originally the vision of Steve Rogers, the original Captain America and the first recorded super soldier who thought a super team of special individuals would benefit the country and maybe even the world. Steve's grandson and Nick Fury decided to pick up where he left off, with the help of brilliant inventor Tony Stark, to get both ALLSTAR and S.H.I.E.L.D. moving.

Containing The Incredible Hulk

ALLSTAR, while getting used to their new base of operations, got a call about a mysterious green humanoid monster wreaking havoc in the center of NYC. The team had no intention of killing or even critically injuring the man, only stabilizing him, as Robert had an unusual reaction to the O Formula. Robert Banner was a young intern at Oscorp who volunteered to test the O Formula, however, for whatever reason, he reacted to it very differently and it caused him to undergo a monstrous transformation whenever he was distressed. ALLSTAR were overwhelmed by the incredible strength of the Hulk and thus were forced into retreating in order to reassess. Fury, realizing the imminent threat the Hulk posed, was forced to get a team tasked with possibly killing the Hulk, due to ALLSTAR refusing to kill the young man, by containing the Hulk in an undisclosed location and trapping him there and possibly killing him there if needed.

Hydra's Ambush on ALLSTAR

Hydra abducted two mutant children from their home in a small German town and experimented on them with stolen O Formula with the plan of turning the two into their own superhuman soldiers to combat Captain America and ALLSTAR. The two mutants were Wanda and Pietro Lensherr, and both were practically brainwashed into being Hydra soldiers, and promised more information on their father if they eliminate ALLSTAR.

While carefully planning their next move, Nick Fury was hit by an unwelcome surprise, as the two mutants, along with several Hydra agents, ambushed the S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrrier and attacked any S.H.I.E.L.D. agents they saw. ALLSTAR quickly entered the battle as soon as the ambushed occurred. The two mutants seemed to be focused on Captain America, as both attempted to take him down. As the Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D agents battled, the mutants along with a few more soldiers, took the fight to ALLSTAR. The Lensherrs were able to overwhelm ALLSTAR due to their advantage and by using Hydra agents to distract the team. ALLSTAR and S.H.I.E.L.D eventually managed to regain control and fend off the agents, forcing them to retreat. Despite managing to regain control of the Helicarrier, Fury and ALLSTAR knew this would not be the last time they would see the two mutants, and next time would proceed with caution as both of them were extremely powerful, especially Wanda. Fury was curious as to why Hydra would be so brazen with an ambush, and was already planning his counter attack.

Hulk Reemerges

After his violent battle with Wolverine, Robert Banner reemerged in his normal state, seemingly doing fine despite the battle with Wolverine. Nick Fury had been keeping a close eye on Banner due to his immense threat level, and was shocked to see Banner survive the showdown with Wolverine. Fury realized he couldn't allow Banner to walk freely due to his threat level and currently unstable transformation. ALLSTAR planned to take down Banner and once successful, turn him in to Oscorp. Both ALLSTAR and S.H.I.E.L.D. provided heavy surveillance on Banner's everyday activities.

Skrull Invasion

The once-peaceful, scientifically advanced race known as Skrulls had undergone changes throughout the past few hundred years. They became a violent warrior race looking to conquer worlds they perceived as smaller and weaker than their own. The Skrulls' primary ability is to shapeshift into any form they desired, making them extremely dangerous when it comes to infiltration and invasion.

ASvsSkrull

Combating the invading Skrulls

Upon arriving on Earth, two Skrulls attacked two S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and took their form, allowing them to get closer to Nick Fury and gather enough intel to plan their all-out attack by taking down Earth's strongest.

Not What It Seems

As the battle seemingly concludes with the Skrulls making a tactical retreat, Captain America immediately knew something was off. The Skrulls waged war on the people of Earth in an attempt to conquer it only to retreat in the heat of battle.

The team and the rest would head back to the Helicarrier to regroup and find any holes in the Skrull's devious plan.

Emergence of The Avengers

After the Skrull Invasion came to an end, George Rogers would be put in a coma due to the intense war with an unfamiliar enemy. Nick Fury, who was very on-edge, decided to proceed with the Avengers Initiative, a covert super team of those he deemed the best and most-willing participants to take the fight to the Skrull Empire, Hydra and Zemo.
